Responsibilities:

  • Assist manager to plan, execute, and manage all aspects of online and offline marketing activities and reviews with problem solving skills
  • On-going market track data analysis, analyze consumer research data & market insights; to prepare report, be able to translate them into business opportunities for upcoming brand growth and new product ideas
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and prepare reports with budget planning
  • Prepare insightful and actionable brief and collaborate (included but not limit to proposal, press materials, social media contents. Etc.) closely with internal and external parties to drive quality output to achieve defined business and marketing objectives;

  • Maintain relationship with vendors, landlords and media and follow up inquiry
  • Assist manager to handle team issues, coach and mentor subordinates to perform daily tasks effectively
  • Occasional business trips if needed
  • Support any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, PR or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years or above related working experience with supervisory skills
  • An well-established network with media and artistes/artist management companies; a proven track record of excellent media relations experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent command in written & spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Be proactive, self-motivated and well-organized with mature and detail-minded
  • Ability to work as a team and promote team effectiveness
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Application and Chinese word processing
  • Experience on setup website, content writing, digital buying and data analysis (e.g. Google analytics, Facebook analytics), Live streaming / CRM experience, basic video editing is an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
